“Accessibility in Mind” means thinking about accessibility early in the process. An AIMconsult reviews your draft documents evaluating their structure and accessibility, and creates a set of “corporate procedures (CP)” for document producers.
The goal is to significantly reduce or eliminate “remediation”, it’s time and cost.
AIM-developed CPs are specific to the document source, and adapted to the type of documents being produced. Document sources commonly used are Word, InDesign, and PowerPoint- each source requires a specific procedure to ensure accessibility. Common document types are reports, brochures, catalogs (listings), and presentations (PPT); AIM works with your document producers to streamline the production flow and helps them create consistent, accessible documents.
